I have a doll that belonged to my great-grandmother who was born in 1898.  I have no other information about it.  From the little bit of research I have done, I found that it has a bisque socket head with a composition jointed body.  The head obviously broke and was glued back together.  The doll is about 19 inches tall.  The eyes might be made of wood and close when the doll lays down.  The clothes look Victorian and I believe are original because they are falling apart.  I cannot find any markings on the doll to determine who made it.  I don't want to sell the doll, but would like more information if anyone can help.
